Requirements: Current and unrestricted medical license; Graduate of accredited MD or DO program; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrate high level of skill in interpersonal relationships; Fully engaged in integrated team-based care model; Basic computer skills including EMR; Ability to adapt to a value-based care setting; Superior patient/customer service
