Position: President & Chief Executive Officer
About: Upland Hills Health, a high-performing healthcare institution in Southwestern Wisconsin, is seeking a President & Chief Executive Officer for the Administration Department. The organization, located just 40 minutes from Madison, WI and Dubuque, IA, has been dedicated to providing quality healthcare for over 100 years, emphasizing community and comprehensive care.
Requirements: Graduate of a Master’s program with a Degree in Hospital/Healthcare or Business Administration or willing to obtain in 12-18 months; minimum of 5 years of related senior level healthcare management experience; previous experience with leadership in traditional hospital-based services, skilled nursing facilities, home health/hospice services, and hospital-owned clinics; rural healthcare executive leadership experience is beneficial and preferred; American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) participation preferred; previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite software programs; residence in the primary service area or willingness to relocate within 1 year
