Requirements: Minimum 7 years of executive-level management experience, including P&L management. Background in sales, marketing, and customer service in the travel industry. Knowledge of B2B and B2C environments. Existing relationships with travel agencies and strong public speaking skills. Willingness to travel extensively (40-50%).
