Position: Prepared Foods Team Member (Dishwasher)
About: Team members within our Prepared Foods Department at Metropolitan Market, LLC engage customers through prompt fulfillment of orders, sharing knowledge about ready-to-eat offerings, and maintaining self-serve areas. The role requires prioritizing tasks and providing individualized service to guests in a fast-paced environment. We seek outgoing individuals to deliver fresh, nourishing meals to our guests.
Requirements: High level of self-motivation and initiative; proven success working in a diverse team environment; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; excellent time management and organizational skills; strong interpersonal and oral communication skills; knowledge of food safety, HACCP guidelines, inventory control, and merchandising; 1 year of customer service and food service experience preferred
