Position: Prepared Foods Team Leader (Culinary & Deli Department Manager)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 24+ months retail experience including 12+ months of team leadership experience; exceptional knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management; food safety certification within 6 months of employment; strong interpersonal, motivational, and team-building skills; proficiency in regulatory and safety policies; demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and prioritization abilities; ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operational applications
