Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 24+ months retail experience with at least 12 months in a leadership role; advanced knowledge of products, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management; food safety certification within 6 months; strong interpersonal, team-building, and customer relationship skills; proficient in financial assessment and inventory management; decision-making and leadership abilities; familiarity with Microsoft Office and operational applications
