Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of buying/merchandising experience; extensive product knowledge and experience in purchasing and inventory management; familiarity with food production, distribution, and trends; proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and work in various physical conditions; flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
