About: Whole Foods Market is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Prepared Foods Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating team members, maintaining attractive food displays, and ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with our company values and standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 12+ months of retail experience; extensive knowledge of Prepared Foods team procedures and policies; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills; proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications; ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various temperature conditions; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; experience in training and mentoring team members
