Position: Prepared Foods Department Supervisor (Culinary, Deli)
About: Whole Foods Market is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Team Leader to oversee the Prepared Foods department. The position involves supervising team members, maintaining displays, training new staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience in alignment with the company’s values and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 12+ months retail experience; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills; basic math skills for financial assessments; demonstrated leadership ability; proficiency with email and Microsoft Office; ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
