Requirements: Previous experience in a busy kitchen preferred, but not necessary; Ability to follow written and verbal procedures; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic and warm manner towards guests and co-workers; Ability to read and understand recipes; Able to work in a high-energy fast-paced environment
