About: Tlingit & Haida, a Native American organization, is seeking a Prep Cook to assist in meal preparation and kitchen cleaning in a professional kitchen setting. The Prep Cook will support the Head Chef in food prep, cooking, baking, and serving as required.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a commercial kitchen setting; current Food Handler’s card; able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure; able to understand and comply with verbal directions; work in a team environment; knowledge of health and safety standards
