Position: Prep Cook – Ruscello – Ala Moana
About: Nordstrom’s Hawaii restaurant, Ruscello, offers a full-service dining experience featuring Mediterranean and Italian-inspired cuisine, set in the sunny Aloha State. With a scratch-made menu, hand-crafted cocktails, and locally sourced ingredients, we aim to create a memorable and unique dining atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality (preferred); ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers; thrive in a fast-paced environment; work a flexible schedule; possess a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
