Position: Prep Cook – Ruscello – Ala Moana
About: Ruscello, a full-service restaurant part of the Nordstrom experience in Hawaii, offers Mediterranean and Italian-inspired cuisine with hand-crafted cocktails and locally sourced ingredients in a sunny Aloha State setting. We are looking for a passionate Line Cook to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year experience in food service/hospitality preferred; ability to communicate clearly and professionally; thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule availability; possession of a food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations
