Requirements: High school diploma; Minimum of six months experience as a prep cook in a hotel, restaurant, club, or similar institution; Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance; Certification in food handling (or within six months of hire); Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic
