Position: Prep Cook job
About: The company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Food Prep Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and maintaining the quality of menu items assigned to their station according to the company’s menu recipes and specifications. They will also ensure compliance with the company’s safety, sanitation, and food standards in terms of quality, timeliness, and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of work or related experience preferred; ability to handle multiple tasks and balance fluctuating workload, work well in a team, pay attention to detail, take initiative, practice safe food handling, work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
