Position: Prep Cook job
About: ASM Global Savor, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is currently seeking a Seasonal Prep Cook/Baker/Food Runner for the BMO Center and Coronado Theatre in Rockford, Illinois. This position falls under the Department of Food & Beverage at the BMO Center.
Requirements: One year minimum experience in a kitchen environment; basic baking and dessert production, strong knife skills; ability to follow recipes and perform basic math calculations; strong knowledge of sanitary practices and ability to become ServSafe Certified; proper grooming and dress code standards; ability/accommodation to travel to and from work in a timely manner; work ethic that encourages a strong sense of urgency and quality in a team environment
