Position: Prep Cook – Glen Eyrie
About: The Glen Eyrie Group (GEG) is seeking a Prep Cook to join their team in fulfilling the mission of The Navigators to advance the Gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. The Prep Cook will be responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of food products using diverse equipment and utensils based on the Daily Prep List.
Requirements: Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators; a minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; at least 6 months experience in a similar restaurant/conference center capacity; exceptional hygiene and grooming habits; ability to communicate clearly with Executive Chef and dining room personnel; ability to read and follow printed recipes and plate specifications
