Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of safe food handling procedures and sanitary kitchen conditions; previous restaurant kitchen experience; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and time management skills; valid food handlers’ card; ability to work varying hours including late nights and weekends
