Position: Prep Chef
About: Smithfield Station is currently seeking a dedicated Cook to join their team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of food products using different equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules; ability to clean and sanitize work stations; proficiency in food preparation and storage practices; strong communication and teamwork skills
