Position: Prep Chef
About: Smithfield Station is seeking a Cook to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of food products using a range of equipment as per the Daily Prep List.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of cooking methods, portion sizes, and kitchen procedures; ability to maintain a clean and organized work station; record-keeping skills; physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
