About: A restaurant in need of a Prep Cook to join their team. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing the items necessary for various food stations according to set recipes and guidelines.
Requirements: Must have experience in a similar position; fine dining experience preferred; basic understanding of cooking; ability to take direction; good listening and communication skills; ability to work effectively under pressure; demonstrate understanding and knowledge of using and maintaining all equipment in the station
