Position: Prep
About: The Prep position at a restaurant is responsible for the preparation of the items needed for various food stations following set recipes and procedures. They will also ensure the station is set up according to guidelines and maintain cleanliness and organization in the cooking area to meet health and safety standards.
Requirements: Must have experience in a similar position, with fine dining experience preferred; basic understanding of cooking; ability to take direction; good listening and communication skills; ability to work effectively under pressure; demonstrate understanding and knowledge of equipment use and maintenance.
