About: The Prep position at our restaurant is responsible for the preparation of the items needed for various food stations, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Requirements: Must have experience in a similar position; fine dining experience preferred; basic understanding of cooking; ability to take direction; good listening and communication skills; ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure; demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station
