Position: Premium Sales Executive

About: The Milwaukee Bucks are looking for dedicated people who embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion in a workplace where everyone feels valued and inspired. The Premium Sales Executive will report directly to the Sr. Director, Premium Business and will be responsible for maximizing revenue with a focused approach on selling premium inventory across all events at Fiserv Forum.

Requirements: At least 3 years of new business sales experience, preferably with a professional sports team; Consistent track record of exceeding revenue goals while growing own personal book of business; History of success prospecting and selling to businesses; Is a positive contribution to the overall team culture with a team player mentality; High proficiency in both written and verbal communications, including sales presentations; Strong work ethic, time-management, organization, and analytical skills; Ability to prioritize and lead multiple tasks/projects; Able to work flexible hours based on changing priorities including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of Archtics ticketing software and Microsoft-based CRM platforms preferred; Possesses intangible traits including but not limited to confidence, boldness, and assertiveness
