Requirements: Demonstrated experience in customer service; excellent verbal communication skills with proven ability to manage complex situations; ability to work well within a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; established professional, personable, and dedicated work ethic; flexibility to work non-traditional hours on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends according to the Raiders home schedule and events schedule; availability for all Allegiant Stadium events; respects and understands client and celebrity confidentiality
