Requirements: Advanced cooking skills; High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a professional kitchen; Previous supervisory experience preferred; Successful ServSafe certification within 90 days; Office skills including Microsoft Office knowledge; Ability to handle confidential information; Professional interaction with guests and team members; Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays; Physical stamina and ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds; Familiarity with kitchen equipment safety and allergen handling
