Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; One year of general maintenance experience preferred; Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred; Must be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays; Requires the ability to read, speak, and comprehend English; Ability to follow direction and work independently; Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment; ANSI approved steel-toe/composite shoes required; Must have a valid Driver’s License; Must have reliable transportation; Willing to assist with other properties within the portfolio and surrounding portfolios as needed; Willing to travel up to 10% of the time
