Position: Porter for Luxury Residential Building (Part-Time)
About: Adamas Building Services is currently seeking a Handy Porter to join their team. The company focuses on maintaining cleanliness and detailed upkeep both inside and outside the building, requiring a well-organized individual who can handle work orders independently and as part of a team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to assist with cleaning responsibilities, weekly trash removal and recycling, window cleaning, and maintenance of common areas; reliable trash and recycling removal from scheduled pick-up days
