Position: Porter for Luxury Residential Building (Part-Time)
About: Adamas Building Services is looking for a Handy Porter to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for completing work orders, maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the building, and should be a team player with the ability to work independently.
Requirements: Assist with cleaning responsibilities; Weekly cleaning trash removal and recycling; Window Cleaning; Weekly cleaning to common areas; Trash and recycle removal from on-schedule trash days
