Position: Porter for Luxury Residential Building (Full-Time)
About: Adamas Building Services is hiring a Handy Porter to ensure the building’s cleanliness and maintenance both inside and outside. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, capable of completing work orders, and proficient in both team and independent work approaches.
Requirements: Assist with cleaning responsibilities; Weekly cleaning trash removal and recycling; Window Cleaning; Weekly cleaning to common areas; Trash and recycle removal from scheduled trash days
