Position: Pool Side Restaurant and Recreation Manager – Waldorf Astoria Orlando
About: Waldorf Astoria Orlando, a luxurious Forbes 4-Star property surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, is seeking a Pool Side Restaurant and Recreation Manager to join the Food & Beverage Team. The property boasts 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining. The role involves overseeing the Aquamarine & Recreation department, managing a team of frontline employees, and reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
Requirements: At least 2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment required; strong beverage knowledge and luxury hotel experience are advantageous; leadership experience in a recreation environment is necessary.
