Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of customer service experience a plus; well-developed team skills; ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions; tact and understanding in dealing with customer service problems; highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks; willingness to provide exceptional service to members
