About: Life Time is a health and lifestyle company dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service to all members and guests enjoying the outdoor pool facilities. The Pool Concierge plays a crucial role in welcoming guests, maintaining accounts, and promoting Life Time products and services.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; CPR and First Aid certified; minimum of 6 months customer service experience; ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours at a time; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet; ability to work outside in the summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time
