Position: Pool Bartender – Regent Santa Monica Beach

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of fine dining mixology experience, within a luxury hotel bar experience a plus; Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge; Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol; Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace; Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware; Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space; Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; This position necessitates participation in a pooled tip system, where you contribute to tipping out the support staff and other essential colleagues.
