Position: PM Sous Chef – Rio Grande Lounge
About: Hyatt Regency Tamaya, located between the Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande, is hiring a PM Sous Chef to join the culinary team at Rio Grande Lounge. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; experience in a culinary leadership role required; strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations; excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
