Position: Plant Manager (Hiring Immediately)
About: Permanent on-site position. Seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations, overseeing all daily operations from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. The ideal candidate will develop processes to maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Plant Manager in the Manufacturing industry; deep knowledge of production management; understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations; proficiency in MS Office and ERP software; BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
