Position: Plant Manager
About: Thompson Pipe Group is a privately held family business of engineers, contractors, and manufacturers based in Rialto, California. They are the largest and most diverse drainage, sanitary, pressure, and trench-less pipe provider in North America, with manufacturing locations across the country. They are currently looking for a Plant Manager who will provide direct supervision and leadership to the department staff to maintain a safe work environment while producing high-quality products efficiently.
Requirements: 4-year degree required; minimum of five (5) years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing or construction environment; fluent in English, Spanish preferred but not required; proficiency in working with trade tools, equipment, materials, methods, and techniques; basic record-keeping and scheduling techniques; knowledge of health and safety precautions and procedures
