Position: Plant Manager

Requirements: Experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably within a heavy manufacturing and/or welding environment; Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge, and abilities; Proven experience in leading safety compliance and engagement; Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visual, and related software; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills; Demonstrated leadership skills; Highly motivated, self-starter; Analytical thinking skills; Proven experience with problem-solving and conflict resolution
