Position: Planet Hollywood Prep Cook – Theme Park
About: Responsible for ensuring the quality and timelines of prep production. Also responsible to prep for chef’s specials and to be fully knowledgeable of company specifications.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen environment preferred; ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects; interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, manual dexterity with culinary tools, organized approach to tasks
