Position: Pizza Chef
About: Napa Kitchen & Bar is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our culinary team at our new location opening at Easton Town Center in early 2025. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking artisan pizzas in our wood-fired ovens. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing dough from scratch daily, operating and maintaining the wood-fired ovens at the proper temperature for food preparation throughout the shift, and preparing artisan pizzas and other menu items in accordance with recipe standards.
Requirements: Experience with wood-fired oven cooking; Excellent knowledge of pizza dough preparation and handling; Ability to operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment; Strong attention to detail; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
