About: Lowes Foods is seeking a Pick & Prep Specialist to prepare and provide product preparation services to enhance the guest experience, operating at or above company standards. The role involves engaging guests through product preparation, sampling, and suggestive selling, as well as maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the department.
Requirements: Friendly, outgoing personality; ability to actively engage guests; willingness to work well with others; ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally; knowledge of Pick & Prep operations; effective communication and selling skills; at least 18 years old; ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time; proficiency in using computers and scales
