About: To prepare Pick & Prep products and create a sensory and engaging experience for guests, operating at or above company standards.
Requirements: Friendly, outgoing personality; actively engage guests; ability to work well with others; lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally; read and understand information and direction; knowledge of Pick & Prep operations; willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements, including knife skills; effective communication, guest service, and selling skills; at least 18 years old; ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time; work well with computers and scales
