Position: Pets Hotel Manager
About: Pets are family members and we know it’s not always easy for them to be away from their parents! That’s why it’s important that we provide a safe, fun, and reliable home away from home for all the pets who stay in our hotels. As a Pets Hotel Manager, you’ll oversee all day-to-day operations of our Pets Hotel—from head to tail! In a hotel as big as ours, we need all hands (and paws!) on deck to ensure we are operating efficiently. So, as a Pets Hotel Manager, you’ll help lead the team in customer engagement, safety, and team leadership.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in pet care or animal handling preferred; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication and customer service abilities; ability to ensure pet and associate safety; knowledge of pet health and wellness practices; passion for providing exceptional care for pets; willingness to work flexible hours; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
