Position: Pets Hotel Manager
About: Pets are family members and we know it’s not always easy for them to be away from their parents! That’s why it’s important that we provide a safe, fun and reliable home away from home for all the pets who stay in our hotels. As a Pets Hotel Manager, you’ll oversee all day-to-day operations of our Pets Hotel—from head to tail! In a hotel as big as ours, we need all hands (and paws!) on deck to ensure we are operating efficiently. So, as a Pets Hotel Manager, you’ll help lead the team in the following areas: Customer Engagement, Safety, and Team Leadership.
Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience working with animals preferred; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent communication and customer service abilities; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
