About: Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, a leading luxury hotel, is seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Concierge to join their team and provide exceptional service to guests. This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel features 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 unique food and beverage outlets including an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, a Jean-Georges rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining services.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of customer service or similar experience; fluency in English; professional presentation; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle various guest services with attention to detail and superior customer service; preference for Five Star experience and proficiency in additional languages like German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese
