Position: Pei Wei Restaurant Shift Leader-Hospitality/Culinary
About: At Pei Wei, Shift Leaders directly assist the Management teams and play a critical role in the success of the restaurants by training and guiding team members. Success in this role requires working on all aspects of the restaurant and using back-office systems effectively.
Requirements: Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; Experience: External Candidates – 6 months shift lead experience; Internal Candidates – 4 months Pei Wei experience; Competencies: Action Oriented, Customer Focused, Self-Motivated
