Position: Pei Wei Restaurant Shift Leader-Hospitality/Culinary
About: At Pei Wei, Shift Leaders directly assist the Management teams and play a critical role in the success of the restaurants by training and guiding team members. Success in this role requires the ability to work in various aspects of the restaurant, understand back-office systems, and take the lead in the absence of Management.
Requirements: Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; Experience: External Candidates – 6 months shift lead experience, Internal Candidates – 4 months Pei Wei experience
