Position: PBX Phone Operator (English/Japanese Speaking)-Full Time, $32.74/Hour
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa is seeking a PBX Phone Operator who is fluent in English and Japanese to join their team in Kapolei, Hawaii. Operators are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests through phone interactions, assisting with pre-arrival needs, and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay. This role may involve additional responsibilities related to front desk and concierge services at the resort.
Requirements: Proficient in English and Japanese Language Required; Must have Graveyard availability; Previous cash handling experience; Previous computer experience; Ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment; Ability to multi-task; Ability to confidently utilize service recovery methods; Enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests; Receptive to special requests
