Position: PB&G Sous Chef
About: Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is the leading luxury resort in Central Florida, offering unique and unforgettable experiences for guests through a commitment to excellence. The PB&G Sous Chef role provides culinary support at the outdoor poolside restaurant inspired by local elements.
Requirements: 3-5 years of culinary experience; Extensive prior experience working with a grill; Great communication skills and computer experience; Must be ‘Food Safe Certified’ and Birch Street knowledge is a plus; Willingness to provide exceptional service to residents, guests, and peers; Good organizational skills; Ability to work independently; Ability to handle pressure and changing conditions; High work ethic and sense of responsibility; Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays; Fluent in English; Legal work authorization in the United States.
