Position: PB&G Sous Chef
About: Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, the leading luxury resort in Central Florida, is seeking a PB&G Sous Chef to provide culinary support at their outdoor poolside restaurant. The resort prides itself on delivering exceptional service, empowering employees to strive for greatness and create unforgettable experiences for guests.
Requirements: 3-5 years of culinary experience; extensive prior experience working with a grill; possess great communication skills and experience in using/working with a computer; must be Food Safe Certified; Birch Street knowledge is a plus; a sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers; good organizational skills; ability to work independently; ability to function well under pressure; high work ethic; flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays; fluent in English; legal work authorization in the United States.
