Position: Patient Service Representative – Medical Practices 1022 N. Broadway

Requirements: High school graduate or equivalency required; college preferred. Knowledgeable in medical health insurances. Basic medical terminology and computer knowledge. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with a high-volume call center. Minimum 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting (doctor’s office, hospital). Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Must work with a sense of urgency. Strong MS Office (Word, Excel) and medical database experience required. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel throughout Westchester County for business purposes.
